If we're being honest with ourselves, learning to ride, back in the day, bordered on a traumatic event. The crashes, oh the crashes. These days, however, kids have it easy with awesome little bikes like our Boy's Hotwalk. With no pedals or gears, it's designed to help Junior finds his balance by making it as easy as possible to put his feet down. In fact, scooting around with his feet is how the bike moves (outside of gravity), so he'll get used to the feeling of riding without much of the risk. Even better for you, there isn't much that can break should the bike hit the deck on the pump track, so there's less maintenance than with a "traditional" bike. That's right, you get parental hero status, and they have the time of their lives while learning to ride. Win-win. - Durable and tough, the A1 Premium Aluminum walking frame is designed specifically for little ones to scoot around safely. - The 12-inch alloy wheels are not only light, but durable enough to take plenty of abuse. - The Rhythm Lite Sport tires are heavy-duty, and allow your little dude to scoot around on- and off-road.

They are both angled on the inside for improved chain clearance and weight savings. - Hollow Dropouts with Chain Tensioners: Hollow 8mm wide dropouts are as light as a solid 5mm dropout, but over twice as strong. Kids move fast, and grow faster. At times, it can seem like there's a small window for the perfect bike fit. The right bike for a young rider is a delicate balance between too small, too big, and a short-lived just right. If we're going to inspire the next generation of riders, we need to keep kids comfortably riding longer. The Jett is designed so that you'll never fear the growth spurts. We did our homework to understand how kids grow—spoiler alert, kids' arms and legs grow more rapidly than their torso. We took to the books and designed a bike with child-specific touch points that withstand the development of young riders. The Jett is uniquely adjustable, perfectly proportional, and child-liftable—they'll always be set to Jett. The Jett Multispeed features an adjustable handlebar that allows kids to fine tune reach as their arms grow. The 2-hole position cranks combined with longer seat tubes give plenty of flexibility to dial-in the optimal pedaling position. And what's more, we designed the frame and reviewed every component to make the Jett one of the lightest bikes on the market. You're going to have to beg them to get off this bike. - We designed the Jett Multispeed to be uniquely adjustable with 2-hole position cranks, adjustable handlebars, and longer seatposts so kids can dial-in the perfect riding position as they grow. - Every detail of the Jett Multispeed—including the 130mm Bridge saddle, narrower-diameter grips, and short-reach, tool-less adjustable brake levers—was informed by Retul data from a kids' research group to be perfectly proportional for young riders. - A lightweight bike is simply more fun and the Jett Multispeed's all-new A1 aluminum frame, alloy fork, Pathfinder tires, and 8-speed drivetrain make it one of the lightest kids' bikes on the market.

Buying a bike for your child can be daunting—that's why we developed the Zuma range to make it easier. Based on the concept of a kid-sized MTB bike, the Zuma bikes are incredibly lightweight. They feature a carefully researched geometry and are designed specifically around smaller riders as the perfect balance between a bike for a child to learn the basics on and a more advanced MTB for off-road riding conditions and weekend rides with the parents. These carefully spec'd bikes feature a super lightweight alloy frame and fork with double-wall rims and children's-specific aftermarket components from Promax, KMC, FSA, Vee Rubber, and Satori, making them suit the rider's size perfectly while keeping the look, feel, and ride of a high-end, full adult size MTB. Children are the future, and the Zuma line is designed to give them the best possible start for that future.

We think by now, most of you get what Straggler is. It’s a madly versatile bike that can be used for most types of riding and riding surfaces. Better still is that you now have the option of 650b wheel size. 650b wheels were popular for a long time many years ago on ‘Constructeur’ style bicycles and we all know how real stuff was back in the day…650b wheels strike a nice balance between the benefits of both 26” and 700c sizes. The smaller wheel allows smaller riders to fit well on smaller frames, produces a stronger wheel, makes fitting big-ass tires easier and are more agile than their larger counterparts. Straggler has disc caliper mounts instead of rim brake studs. It’ll accept rotors up to 160mm. The rear dropouts are unique, too. They’re a partially closed horizontal design that accommodates singlespeed or geared drivetrains. They feature stop screws that thread in from the rear to further secure the wheel and to position the rear wheel for optimal shifting, plus a forward-mounted stop screw on the drive side to keep the wheel from slipping forward under the force of your gargantuan legs. The rear dropouts are spaced 135mm instead of 132.5mm like the Cross-Check simply because there are far more options for disc hubs in this spacing. Straggler 650b has braze-ons for fenders, racks and bottle cages. The geometry is slightly different, with angles and tube lengths very close but not identical to the Cross-Check, but like the Cross-Check it’s ready to take you just about anywhere. It’s a day tripper and a weekender. It’s a ‘rough road’ road bike. It’s a cyclocross bike with no pretense about racing. It’s a utilitarian townie. It’s a light-duty touring bike. It’s an all-weather commuter. And when you get tired of one set up, you can swap parts around and turn it into something else. We think that’s pretty neat.

So what is this Straggler anyway? The easy answer is to say that we added disc brakes to a Cross-Check and this is close to accurate. People have asked us to make a disc version of our highly versatile Cross-Check for a long time now and almost everything about the two are very similar. Straggler is slightly different, though. The most obvious difference of course is that the Straggler has disc caliper mounts instead of rim brake studs. Straggler shares all of the Cross-Check’s braze-ons for fenders, racks and bottle cages.
